Bio
Natsumi Ueda is a doctoral student at the 海角论坛 School of Education and Research Assistant at the Pullias Center for Higher Education. Her research interests center around diversity and equity in higher education and focuses on organizational change and leardership, cross-racial/ethnic/cultural coalition building, college student civic engagement, and Asian Americans and Asian international students. Prior to attending USC, she earned a B.A. in Social and Behavioral Science at Soka University of America and M.A. in Higher Education with Institutional Research concentration at the University of Michigan. She worked as a research assistant at the University of Michigan ADVANCE Research and Evaluation and at the Office of Assessment and Accreditation at the听University of Denver Morgridge College of Education.
